- Don't be OP (Overpower) - Limit Powers to 3. (Resources: powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Powers)- Must have a weakness/limits. This weakness must not be easily overcome. - A child with superpowers cannot have full control of said powers. - Limited to 2 OC’s per member. - Try to have different powers than all the others, get creative!! - Have fun!!

Appearance (eyes, height, body type(athletic/chubby/skinny): Brown Eyes, 5'3", skinny, somewhat pale and has short light brown hair.
Personality: Is a bit insecure, she cares for others but doesn't show it too much, when angered she shows her true personality.
Superhero/Villain Name: Butterfly
Affiliation: Hero
Superhero/Villain Appearance: dark blue hoodie with a blue butterfly on the back. Wears a mask on the lower half of her face.
Powers:
-Rewind Time, so long as it's within the past 10 minutes of an even or choice
-Jump to alternate timelines via photograph only if she's been in said past event (Has yet to unlock it).
Background Story: Max was in the middle of her photography class when she had a dream of a horrible event in the future. Not long after that said dream, she noticed when she extended her hand out, she could rewind the last 10 minutes of her life. She tested out rewinding more than 10 minutes but wound up with a nose bleed and in some events, passing out. Now she uses her powers to help her classmates, and tries to socialize more. However, some of her time trips are being noticed by someone at school.

Name: Elizaveta Ruzsa
Age: 17 Teen
Appearance: Skinny yet has muscles. Mainly on her lower body. She has brown hair just past her shoulders and green eyes.
She's 5'6.
Personality: Elizaveta is hot tempered and things irrationally a lot. She likes to play around, even in dangerous situations.
Superhero/Villain Name: Blue Streak
Affiliation: Villain
Superhero/Villain Appearance: she wears dark blue tights that cover everything but her hair and mouth. Has black boots and gloves as well. This suit is meant to deal with her powers. Has a light blue lightning strike on her chest.
Powers:
-Super speed, making her able to tap into the Speed Force. This grants her, her powers of speed.
-Accelerated Healing
-super human stamina.
Down side is that she burns a lot of calories and is always hungry.
Background Story: when she was a little toddler, in a little house in Europe. She was taken away by a group, unknown to her that they had just moments ago killed her parents. They took her to Momoville, underground. Before the events of the nuclear reactor. They wanted to make her a fighting machine.
They experimented on her young self as well as tried to brain wash her, which it worked. They first added super speed to see how she could handle her powers. She did very well. They put her in a box like chamber for where she sleeps. One day, something poked out her dreams. She never knew what it was but it made her go wild. She broke out of the facility and destroyed it. It just seemed like an small earth quake to others on the top side, she climbs up to the surface to see the city.
She's trying to find who she really was before, but her mind from years of brain washing can't let go of being evil. She can't help it.

Superhero/Villain Appearance: Black cargo jeans with brown hoody and shoulder holster. leg holster. leg holster. Black beany. Bluetooth earset. Black backpack with various gadgets, weapons, ammo, and, grenades. a computer for hacking as well.
Powers: Ability to slow time for a few seconds. telekinesis.
Background Story: Hero's killed her parents and shes bent on revenge. high school drop out. runs a terrorist organization for those who want to take out hero's but have no powers.

Name: Maya Abbas Age: 19 Appearance: (eyes, height, body type(athletic/chubby/skinny): Maya has green/goldish coloured eyes and long light brown hair. She is 5'8" tall, skinny, with some muscle tone from playing basketball in high school. Personality: Maya is a team player and is brave. Though she has potential, sometimes her lack of confidence sets her back. She's also good listener and helpful to others. Maya gets bored easily, so she likes to do different things, considering her short attention span. She doesn't like taking on too much responsibility. Superhero/Villain Name: "Moongirl"Affiliation: Hero Superhero/Villain Appearance: A dark purple eye mask to conceal her identity, and a full black body suit with two small bat wings printed at the back of the suit in purple. She wears black steel toed boots as well, and wears black gloves. She also carries a dark purple utility belt with tools for breaking in and entering places. Powers:
Sonic screaming Night vision Superhuman agility/stamina (can this count as one...?) Weakness: Sonic screams cannot work in certain areas (e.g. special blocking material). Night vision only useful 5 minutes at a time, and uses sonar waves (like a bats), which may give off her location.
Background Story:
As a child, Maya had always looked forward to visiting different countries in the summer. Her mother was a doctor working with Doctor's without Borders, and she would bring Maya along at times as a learning experience. One night, when Maya was visiting Ecuador with her mother for her 18th birthday, a strange thing occurred.
The villagers had warned Maya and the others not visit the site of an ancient burial ground, where there was rumoured to be strange occurrences happening. Maya however, wanted to check the ruins out (she had been playing too much Tomb Raider LOL). When she reached the site, it led her deep into a cave. As Maya was taken aback by how beautiful the cave was and the strange markings on the walls, she tripped and fell into a cavern, and landed on top of an old vial. The vial cracked, and the substance that was inside seeped into her bloodstream, giving her strange new bat-like powers. Maya, startled, climbed out of the cavern with new strength and made it back to her mothers camp. She had not told anyone about her incident. Now that Maya is back in Momoville, she is testing the limits of her new powers in the crime-ridden city on petty robbers.

Name: Alice Greene Age: Child (soon to be teen) Appearance: Messy layered blonde hair that reaches mid back. The only thing keeping her hair from covering her face is two red bobby pins that keep her messy blonde locks out of her green eyes. She's slim, underweight, wears baggy denim overalls, a white long sleeve shirt and white adidas. Superhero/Villain Name: White Rabbit Affiliation: Neutral Superhero/Villain Appearance: She wears a white rabbit mask that covers her face, A black zipup sweater hoodie with a white rabbit on the back, to conceal her hair she always has the hoodie on and wears white pants and a pair of bleached ballerina shoes. Powers: -Manipulate plants, fungi and seeds -Get energy from the sun and moon but it requires for her to be still and have her eye closed. Taking Naps and Sleeping outside where the light can hit her works best. Background Story: Alice was born and raised in Momoville. She wasn’t really one to fit in because of her odd sleep patterns. At home her parents constant bickering kept her up so she resorted to staying up at night with a pair of headphones on to do her school work and sit out on the fire escape of the apartment building.
She was at school when the Nuclear Reactor exploded. To be exact, Alice was napping during in her secret hiding spot, under the prickly blueberry bush, when it all went to hell. While other children were evacuated to the school basement. Alice just slept through it with her headphones on. She was later found and got into a lot of trouble with her parents. The rations had a toll on many but on Alice, she began experiencing nausea whenever she ate food and got pale when her parents kept her indoors to avoid further radiation exposure.
It was when people began to disappear, that Alice began to get scared. The feds were looking for anyone who was exposed to the radiation. Overhearing her parents with some Feds, Alice packed some clothes in her bagpack and ditched her home.
Living on the streets, at first Alice made herself a makeshift home on an abandoned rooftop greenhouse. It was there that Alice discovered her ability to manipulate plants. She managed to restore the greenhouse garden and make fruits. Her eating problem seemed to disappear so long as she didn’t bread, canned stuff or nasty ration bars. Fruit and things she made grow, seemed to do the trick, sometimes though she could go days without eating much. Unknown to Alice, she absorbs energy from the Sunlight and Moonlight, but Sunlight has better effect.
At night, Alice has taken to move to different rooftop greenhouses she never stays in one post more than two night. Sometimes to annoy the police, she make plants overgrow in the shopping districts at night, just to keep them busy.
Alice doesn't trust adults or the feds. She has no opinion of the “Bad Guys” and those playing “Hero” she thinks they are stupid because they're putting themselves out there.
