RP: Superhero/Villain

This is the Superhero/Villain RP.

Before starting theres a few rules.

Rules:

-All standard Forum & RP rules apply.

-No godmodding, that means:
    + No killing or injuring an OC without the Rper's express permission.
    + No using other your fellow Rper's OC's without permission.
    + You control your own OC's and their actions. That's it.

-Fights, make a it believable and if there's a dispute about who won or lost. A third party (and admin) will be brought in to settle it for you.

It’s highly advisable to make your OC at some point, makes RP easier when you remember what powers your OC has and you can show off what you come up with.

Setting:
The city of Momoville is heavily based on Manhattan. So if you need visuals, think of that.

Backstory:
Momoville use to be an enjoyable city where everything was booming, the population soared to the 1.4 million. It was all going so well until the local power plant had a melt down and a reactor exploded. Despite the high radiation levels, no one was evacuated. Instead the government prevented citizens from leaving. With 1.4 million people trapped in the city, people started getting antsy as food became scarce and strange things began to happen.

Reports of people with powers began to crop up and immediately, those who had them were taken away. No one has been ever told what became of them. After six months since the nuclear reactor exploded, things in the city have resumed to some normalcy but there’s also been some changes.

Momoville is currently under Martial Law and the Feds try their best to keep crime low but that’s only in the business district, shopping areas and the wharf. The residential areas, the projects, all of that, is for the most part, are ignored. Prices have skyrocketed and so has the crime rate. Predominantly, “bad guys” with powers have been causing trouble for normal civilians. It’s up to “good samaritans” or as children call them “superheroes” to keep the streets safe. However there's a catch, you must keep your identity a secret. Enemies lurk in every corner but there's nothing worse than a government squad to take you away from your family and loved ones.
